This is a list of recent wholesale and cashflow properties. These are true steals, these move quickly. Some deals are from MLS, some are from wholesalers, some are hot off the auction block. If you are interested in one or more of these deals call me at 602-292-5747 and let me know.

These properties will almost always need to be cash or hard money loans. Think about lending to each other, it can be easier to do a rate and term refinance than a cash out.

  • No outside maintenance
  • Lower cost, lower rents = more people can afford it

  • Usually separately metered for elecric, tenant pays
  • Easy to manage

  2. American Property Inspections - Jesse Reeves - 602-228-1072 - reevesaznspect@aol.com. Very knowledgable and very reasonably priced. Never buy a home without a home inspection, a couple hundred dollars will save your THOUSANDS in the long run.
